My newly adopted cat Leslie absolutely loves this toy and enjoys playing with it. The mouse works on both carpet and hard floors but probably a little better on hard floors. The mouse squeaks, rolls around then stall for a bit. Leslie sits and stares at it waiting for it to makes its next move. The flashing LED light adds another feature when room light is very dim. Fun and helps Leslie get her exercise in. The fur part is removable from the charging part so it can be hand washed. The fur is surprising realistic. One point of advice, after charging the fur section needs to be screwed on tight or else it will come loose from the base during play. Seems durable as well. Great value and highly recommended.
My cat does not play well by himself. But he sure loves this mouse! I was optimistic, and hopeful, but tried it anyway. He loves it!! It does just what it says it will. It plugs in to recharge, and he follows me to see where I’m taking it!! He initiates play with it. It is a product that does what it says it will!!
Fantastic cat toy. We've an 8 year old cat we love, and she is very picky about cat toys, an this one has captured her attention. She loves watching it gyrate around the room, and light up, and make noise, and will also interact with it. I think she loves having the power to activate it with its motion detector. We humans love it also, as it is funny and entertaining. It lasts quite a while before it needs charging. The only criticism is that it should come with an in-wall adapter to recharge it, which we had to buy, and we've had no luck in making it make noise so far, with the noise-squeak button, but we would definitely buy it again, and recommend it highly
BEST cat toy ever for my extremely picky cat who never likes anything. This is a great toy for several reasons: the motor is extremely quiet; the toy itself is wrapped in faux fur making it even more quiet on hard floors; it moves more irradically and slower than most cat toys; it has a switch to turn on/off the mouse noise!!!; it came with a cat nip pouch my cat adores who has NEVER liked catnip. Where was this toy $100 dollars ago?! LOVE it!!!!
My cat generally likes this toy. It is quite aggressive though and often he just watches it "slam" across the floor. Many times it unscrews itself. It is not a big deal to put the two halves back together - I often just charge it first. The noise it make is gentle twittering. I often turn it off at night as it is forceful enough that it wakes me banging against the baseboard. But he likes it so I can put up with it.
