Fudge our cat likes to play and reach in the holes
My cat doesn't use it for playing. However, he took to it right away when I began putting treats in it twice a day. I can't really tell yet if it is keeping his nails filed down yet.
I put in a mix of greenies for their teeth and hard treats to attract them. They ignored it first, but soon got the hang of it and like the treats. I like that their nails are actually less sharp. I also like that they are being entertained with something they can’t break. After a few weeks, they got tired of it. That’s OK I’ll just put it away for a couple weeks and bring it out again. I have no doubt that their desire for treats will renew their interest.
Works great, just add treats.
